Return Window

You may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days

  • We do not charge restocking fees

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  2. Contact your bank or card provider, some institutions may take additional time to process refunds

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged.

For faster service, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs

    • Package the item securely to avoid damage in transit

    • Ship to the return address provided in our response

  4. Inspection & Refund
    After we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund accordingly

  • Return Carrier: Customer's choice (recommended: trackable service like USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer

  • Restocking Fees: $0
